- Collect rent and view your property with interior inspections as needed.
- Disburse rent to owners and provide monthly statements for each property
- Hiring and supervising contractors/vendors for any needed repairs.
- Serving HOA notices/violations to tenants and ensuring future compliance.
- Carry through the eviction process if needed; serving the 5-day notice and following up with an attorney who will file the necessary paperwork needed to proceed with the eviction.
- Keep an eye on nearby sales and periodically check comps to help you get the best price when it’s time to sell.
